Brilliant New Media has developed a simple ten step process for handling web projects. Similar processes are also used when approaching print media and contact management projects.

	We will meet with you and discuss the goals and scope of your project.
	We will formulate a proposal based on the information provided in the preliminary meeting.
	Upon acceptance of the proposal, BNM will provide you with a retainer of services document which governs the development of the web site.
	When the retainer is accepted, a 50% down payment is requested before the project begins.
	We will create a site template for you to approve that will show the color scheme, design, navigation, and information architecture we propose for the new site.
	When the concept is approved, we will work with you to create content for your web site: including pictures, text, and other features.
	After the content has been entered, we will walk you through the new web site. and note any changes you wish to be made.
	When the new site meets your expectations, a final payment of the remaining 50% of the proposed design fee is due.
	After final payment has been made, we will release your web site to the world.
	Shortly after release, we will schedule a final meeting to insure your satisfaction with the project.
